Accurate to ±0.3 ºC (-19.9 to 119.9 ºC) ±0.4 ºC (-49.9 to 199.9 ºC) otherwise ±1.0 ºC and will display the temperature of food or liquid in just ONE second!
The Thermapen One is fully configurable using buttons in the battery compartment. Here you can choose to lock the display position, disable auto-sleep mode, choose °C or °F scales and select 1° or 0.1° resolution.
The patented 360° self-rotating display can be used in any position, in either hand.
The Thermapen One incorporates an intelligent backlit display – improved LCD in cool white, sensing light levels, automatically turning the backlight on/off in varying light conditions. The motion-sensing sleep mode automatically turns the Thermapen on/off when set down or picked up, maximising battery life. Powered by a single AAA battery with a life expectancy of 2000 hours in normal use, without the backlight.
The casing is washable and includes Biomaster Antimicrobial Technology that reduces bacterial growth.
As well as being waterproof to IP67, it is ‘probably’ the fastest reading contact thermometer on the market today.
