Deposit
No deposits are taken as goods must be paid for in full.
Returns Policy
Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We require confirmation of purchase for refunds and exchanges. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of returned of goods. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes time to process your return (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The customer is liable for the cost of return. We also recommend you inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied, ensuring that all products are of acceptable quality and are as described. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders are subject to delivery charges and will be included in the final payment. Orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Any damage must be notified within 24 hours, to include photographic evidence of any damages received.
All items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing items are in stock. Please allow 28 working days to receive your goods – in the Republic of Ireland. Delivery times will vary for shipments outside of Ireland, seasonal factors and bank holidays. Free shipping for orders over €100 (ex Vat) only available with the Republic Of Ireland. Shipping to other destinations will be charged at appropriate rates.

These Regulations require producers of electrical and electronic equipment to finance the take back of WEEE resulting from products that we place on the Irish market. This helps us to ensure that WEEE is reused or recycled safely. In line with that commitment Glana Controlled Hygiene Limited will take back WEEE from you. Please contact us for details.
You also have a role to play to ensuring that WEEE is reused and recycled safely. So, if you choose not to return WEEE to us then you not dispose of it in your bin. The crossed out wheeled-bin symbol on the product reminds users not to dispose WEEE in the bin. You should ensure that the WEEE is collected separately and sent for the proper treatment. WEEE contains hazardous substances and if not managed and treated safely it can cause pollution and damage human health.
