High-Visibility Parka in accordance with Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) guidelines. Wind, waterproof and breathable in accordance with EN343 Class 3: 3. This item features taped seams, a PU coating, and water-repellent zips. Certified as High-Visibility Class 3 according to EN ISO 20471:2013. The jacket has a hood that can be zipped off as well as stowed away in the collar, detachable sleeves, a vertical pocket with water-repellent zipper and a pocket with a zipper for a cellphone. It also has an extended back, a 2-way open-ended zip, and a double storm flap with water barrier. With its removable thermal lining, this parka is ideal for use in all seasons.
